Sounds a bit (just a little bit) different than our Lutheran church here in Stanwood. The main thing is that you connect with fellow believers and build those relationships that will help give you support through the tough times. Although my first practice was an ideal work situation from the standpoint of support, mentoring, and sharing the workload it was lonely initially since the people at the clinic were the only people in town we knew. It wasn't until we made the connection with Our Saviour's that Linda and I had any close froends. Keep up doing the fun projects around the house while remodeling and good luck to the both of you.
